In force since 1 October 2026

Ask your myDATA.

The data you already send to Greece’s tax authority answers your questions — with the SQL next to every answer.

Let’s talk it through

One schema. For everyone.

Every Greek business now sends the same data, in the same format. Clean, structured, no paper.

A.1128/15-09-2025 · Government Gazette (ΦΕΚ) Β΄ 4937/16.09.2025 · art. 14 §1 law 4308/2014 (Greek Accounting Standards). Schema: official AADE XSD, v2.0.1.

Four steps. The third is the one that matters.

  1. You ask in plain language, the way you’d ask your accountant.

  2. The answer is planned only from your own data model.

  3. The SQL is checked before it runs. If it fails, it doesn’t run. Always read-only.

  4. You get the answer together with the query that ran.

Coverage, not cleverness.

A system that answers everything will one day hand you a number that looks right and isn’t. Here, a refusal counts as a correct answer.

What’s the profit margin per category?

BLSSD

I can’t answer that.

Margin needs cost data. It isn’t among the model’s measures.

Numbers, not reassurances.

Measured on synthetic data built from AADE’s published schema — not on client data. The same measurement is run on yours and handed to you.

18/18Correct execution on in-model questions
6/6Out-of-model questions correctly refused
0SQL queries run without passing the check
8/8Adversarial attacks on the SQL check

What we need. What we take on.

From you
  • Read-only access to a copy of your data
  • 10–15 questions you already ask
  • One person who knows the data, for two meetings
  • A written agreement before we touch anything
From us
  • Modelling your schema
  • Measured coverage: what it answers, what it doesn’t
  • A log of every query that ran
  • EU AI Act (Article 50) by construction

Questions.

What is “Ask your myDATA”?

A system that answers plain-language questions over the data you already send to AADE, Greece’s tax authority. Every answer comes with the SQL that produced it, so it can be checked.

What are the dates?

1 October 2026 is the start of mandatory e-invoice issuing for phase B, the final phase. The start declaration was due by 12 October 2026, and a grace period with parallel use of existing methods runs until 31 December 2026. Sources: A.1128/15-09-2025, Government Gazette (ΦΕΚ) Β΄ 4937/16.09.2025, article 14 §1 of law 4308/2014 (Greek Accounting Standards).

What happens when it can’t answer?

It refuses explicitly, and the refusal counts as a correct answer. Profit margin, for example, needs cost data that isn’t in the model — so it isn’t answered.

What has been measured so far?

On synthetic data built from AADE’s published schema: 18/18 correct execution in-model, 6/6 correct refusals out-of-model, 0 SQL queries run without the check, and 8/8 adversarial attacks on the SQL check. Not on client data — that measurement is run on your data and handed to you.

Are you becoming an e-invoicing provider?

No. We work on top of the provider you already have, and we never write to your systems: access is read-only, enforced by the database role.

What do you need from us to start?

Read-only access to a copy of your data, 10–15 questions you already ask, one person who knows the data for two meetings, and a written agreement before we touch anything real.
